Disney+ is launching its new series on Nick Fury. According to reports, Samuel L. Jackson is set to play the one-eyed leader of the clandestine government agency S.H.I.E.L.D of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
He was first seen in the post-credit scene of the first Iron Man movie in 2008.
According to Variety, the exact plot details of the series are being kept under the wraps but Kyle Bradstreet will write the Marvel Cinematic Universe series, which will air on Disney+ Hotstar in India.
The timeline of the series is unknown as well. We don’t know if it will be the origin of Nick Fury or if the timeline will be after the Avengers End Game.
Marvel Studios will produce the Nick Fury series, which is the production house of all the MCU movies.
Jackson has appeared in multiple MCU series. This series would mark the first regular small-screen role of his career.
